Refund Policy

 

We hope that you love your Kenzy Mack purchase when it arrives.  However, if you are unhappy with a product you have received, we will be happy to help.  Contact us at info@kenzymack.com for further assistance and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our return policy is 14 days.  If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund, the item/s must be returned to us unopened and unused, remain in their original packaging and in perfect condition.  The item/s must arrive back with us safely, without damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will then be processed, and returned to your original method of payment within 7 days.  Please note: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post your refund.  Do contact us at info@kenzymack.com if you still have not received your refund.

Please note:  wax melts are excluded from returns/refunds due to them being a perishable items due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.  In this case, we are happy to replace the item for you.  Please contact us at info@kenzymack.com for further instructions on returning the item to us.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item/s back to us.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
