Candles

Due to the natural nature of vegetable wax, fine cracks can occur partucluary in colder weather during transportation to you since being poured.  Please rest assured that this is completely normal in natural wax and will not affect the quality or performace of the candle and will disappear after the first burn.

Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time and ensure the wick is trimmed to 5mm.  Stop using when 10mm of wax remains, or if the silver wick disc becomes visible.  Ensure the top layer of wax is entirely melted to the edges of the candle vessel on the first burn to set the candle memory and prevent tunneling.

Candle wax has a memory and to ensure that your candle does not tunnel, be sure that the wax melts to the edges of the vessel upon the first burn.  This will then set the candle memory and prevent tunnelling.

It is important to ensure that you maintain a safe wick height for optimum performance.  To do this, always trim your candle wick to 5mm before each burn.

Reed Diffusers & Diffuser Refills

For optimal performance, place where there is medium to high traffic areas such as an entrance to a room or where there is good air circulation to maximise the scent thow.  Avoid placing the reed diffuser in areas such as window sills or radiators as this will reduce the lifespan of your diffuser due to the direct heat and sunlight.

Immerse the seven fibre reeds into the fragrance oil upon first use, ensuring they are fully soaked.  Rotate the reeds once during the first use.

Our 100ml reed diffusers are designed to last approximately 8-12 weeks.  However, the longevity of the fragrance may vary depending on factors such as diffuser placement, size of the space, temperature, exposure to direct heat and sunlight, air circulation, all of which can accelarate evaporation.

Tip: Avoid placing your reed diffuser near window sills or radiators.

Your diffuser will arrive with seven high performing fibre reeds.  If you find that the dispertion of the fragrance is too strong, simply reduce the number of fibre reeds in the diffuser.  For example, try with 6 fibre reeds instead of 7.

Pour all of the diffuser oil into your existing reed diffuser.  Replace the previous fibre reeds with the 7 high performace fibre reeds which are supplied with the diffuser refill.  Rotate the reeds once during initial use.

*Please ensure you decant the diffuser oil away from furniture to avoid any damage to surfaces and furnishings.
